What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data is always yours. You will be able to download all your data into .csv files and take it with you.
How do you offload the data off of it?
All data is yours and you can easily download it to CSV file to take it with you if you no longer wish to continue with BioRaptor. (Although, we’re certain you’ll fall in love with how it improves your process development and will never want to leave.)
How quickly can I onboard my team and data onto BioRaptor?
As soon as the payment is completed, you will get a log in link and video tutorials on how to upload all your data.
Does BioRaptor Starter offer customer support and training?
Our platform is user-friendly, but, yes you will have access to email support and video tutorials.
How secure is my data on BioRaptor?

Do you own my data? Will you use my data to train your models?
Your data is only yours and always yours. We don’t use your data to train anyone else's models. We keep a strong segregation between customers' data. Not even our engineers or customer success team can see it (unless you allow them to). We make sure that’s the case contractually.
